Normally when one team get destroyed it's no fun for either side but judging by the look on the Mince faces, they seemed to be enjoying themselves just fine - buggers.
Next week Neil is back and hopefully William too. Scott and Grant are going to play again.
I've updated the stats where Alan is currently at the top!
Also please feel free to chip in with your thoughts on the potential pitch change.

This week the price of the pitch at Powerleague is going up from £49 to £51! Daylight robbery I'm sure you'll agree but do we have any other options? Well maybe. Mr Fox has looked into what other pitches are near us and has come up with another possibility - Glasgow Green.
It's a bit further to walk and also means a walk through Glasgow Green or take the longer way round avoiding the Neds, Jakies, etc but it is only £30.60 per week. I've made a wee map so you can see how the two pitches relate to each other.
The other thing to note is that the pitches are totally different dimensions in case that makes a difference. See the image below for all the information.

So, what do we think? I reckon that the only way to know is to try it out for a week and see how we get on. It's not just the cost that we have to consider. Not all of us have cars to get home (especially Alan who has a train to catch to the East coast) but those that do come by car have to consider if it's easy enough to get to for 6:30. It's probably easier for some and a bit harder for others. For those of us that walk to the pitches, we'll have a longer walk through through the middle of Glasgow Green - great fun in the middle of December I'm sure!
Anyway, we're already booked up for next week at Powerleague (where if we play 10 more games, we get a free ball - woooo!) but maybe the week after that we can give it a shot. Use the poll or just use the results to chat about it.
As mentioned last week Karl is out for a short time, there is something wrong with Neils Kitchen and William hurt himself doing DIY (pussy). Stu is still out but Iain is back! Scott, Grant, Paul and Brad have all agreed to play. cheers to those guys.
The price to book the pitches has gone up to 51 notes. This week the extra green is coming from the kitty however after that the price may go up to £5.50. But Iain would like to discuss this with us later!

Close game last night, I thought everyone played well, I forgot to mention yesterday that the game would be Karl’s last for a few weeks due to his girlfriend about to drop a sprog. Hope it all goes well for you Karl. Next with Iain is back but stu is still out. His doctor says about 4 weeks but he thinks about three and he’s probably right I mean what do doctors know. Scott has kindly agreed to step in as has Grant who I’ve asked again for next week.
Well done again and get voting.

Ok this week Iain is off so i am taking control again. Iain being a nice guy had organised the players. which is great. except some people decided to pull. Foxy, Gordon and William all pulled out. I managed to get 1 extra player. but struggled with the other two. luckly Martie managed so lets all thank him.
so taking the place of all the regulars (Iain, Foxy, Gordo, William and stu) are Scott, his mate Andy, Paul and two new players Grant and Stephen.
Hope Matie and Grant had a good time in France last week! (lucky sods)
Unbelievable! Not only do we beat France at home but we take another three points off them IN PARIS! Those last 25 minutes were ridiculously nerve racking but well worth in the end. I only hope we don't trip up against Ukraine or Georgia.
Anyway, sorry about last night. I thought the teams look very balanced on paper but it wasn't the closest of games. It's quite hard when you're picking players who you've not played with for a long time.
Next week Foxy and Martie are back. Stuart is still off with his toe and I'm on holiday. If anyone else can't play then please let me know today so I can get numbers sorted for next week before I leave.

Stu's done his toe in again so will be out for another couple of weeks - it was maybe a bit early to come back but his keenness is appreciated. Scott's unavailable this week, Foxy is on holiday still and Martie (the lucky sod) got tickets to the France vs Scotland game in Paris, so Liam and Rims (Gordo's mate) are playing.
Next week I'm on holiday but Foxy and Marite are back so we should only need to find one player.

It was good to see Stuart banging in a few, well taken, goals last night after his break. All in all, I thought it was a good game - it was just a shame that towards the end the Mince kept on getting caught short at the back with 2 on 1s or 3 on 2s.
Foxy is still away next week and Scott can't make it so we'll need one more player which I'll sort out as soon as.
Stats and MOTM are both up for your viewing/voting pleasure.

I'm glad Stuart is back this week as it means I won't have to dream up really bad toe puns any more. So he's back - the Boy Stu. Foxy's away on holiday this week and next so Scott's in.
I met Si for a pint last night and he went for a pain free, 30 minute run last night! He's away for a holiday in a few weeks to the Far East but when he returns, he's going to come back and play Fitbaw again! Hurrah!
Donny twisted the same ankle he broke and so there's still no news as to when he'll return.
