Congratulations to all involved last night - it was a great game. Very close all the way to the end.
Nice to see Mikey held out the whole game (well, I suppose not that surprising seeing as Creeky wasn't playing this week!).
Cheers to Tam for sticking up the MOTM poll. Go vote!
Now that we have regulars back, getting players is a bit easier. We already have 10 men! Foxy is off for the next few weeks so he's going to pick this week's teams seeing as he is impartial (or supposed to be!). I'll post them when the picking is done.

After Big Tam's triumphant return last week, Mikey Tamba is making his come back this week. He'll only be staring in goals (some would say that's his best position anyway!) but at least it's another "hardcore" member back playing. He's also digging us out a hole as players seems to be thin on the ground!
- Neil is on holiday
- Gordon has another game on (that's apparently more important than us - sniff)
- William is unavailable
- The rest of the boys from accounts are "sick"
- Luke may still not have any contact lens/glasses
- Martie has cricked his neck
Baz is stepping up to play again (cheers Baz!) and the other Brian (from Martie's work is going to play (I hope) so that gives us 9 men.
Martie might be OK and Luke may have sight by tomorrow night so there is still hope! The players listed are probably not the final teams as we don't know what's going to happen so can everyone bring a blue top as well as a stripy/white one please. Ta much!
UPDATE - Martie is fit to play. Gordo's game is cancelled (so he comes running back - tail between his legs! ;-) ). Baz wasn't really into it so we now have 10! The teams were picked by Tam the Bam using a cunning system of "numbers".

Foxy and Stuart today reached the pinnacle of their fitbawing career when they were promoted from "reserves" to the "hardcore" league of players.
Having now played 11 games each, there can be no doubt about their commitment to mediocre 5-a-side fitbaw.
That means the for the first time in a while, Alan has been knocked off the top of the table by Foxy! Congrats big man!

No, this is not a request - William has had to withdraw (notice I didn't say "pull out" - phnar) from the match tonight due a family emergency.
"Eeek!" I hear you cry! "What will we do???". Never fear as El Gordo is here with his vast array of fitbaw playing chums. Gordon has managed to get another player for the tatties who is apparantly better than Wills! Shite!
Just when you thought it was safe to go back on the pitch....
Big Tam makes his comeback this week. Everyone remember and stand on his big toe!

For those of you who don't know, Gordon managed to get injured last night in another game of 5s. Despite my best efforts, it was just too short notice to get anyone else to fill in. So, it looks like it'll be 4 v 5. There is a discussion on what the teams should be - please leave your input there!
UPDATE - Martie has got his mate Pual to play. I think he's played before but I don't know him. Martie assures me that he's a but handy and reckons that the Tatties will get humped! We'll see!
