The match has moved venue to our old favorite, pitch 7! The people that were on that pitch cancelled :). The young lady on the phone also was going to give us pitch 11 again but I prevailed to her sense of fairness and I think she has swapped us for next week too. w00t!
The poll is set up for MOTM. I've also made it so that anyone can add the poll each week in case I'm not here.
There might not be a match report as Mikey says the pain blocked out most of the match. If anyone wants to write one then feel free and just mail it to me. After a few X-Rays and stuff, the docs say that he has torn the cartilage in his knee so he'll be out for three months! We hope it's gets better sooner than that.
Neil is also out this week after bruising a rib in a clash with Si. It looks as though last week's game was more like a war of attrition!
So strips - in case folk are wondering what's going on, the plan has changed. If you want a new stripy top, buy one. If you don't, wear what we have. If you're in the Tatties team, wear any blue top you have.
Finally, there has been some chat about the teams getting a bit repetitive and the same players playing together all the time. For this week, I have just paired people off and we'll see what happens. Any problems with the teams, stick it in the forum. Dr Fox will fill one of the spots - not sure yet about the other. The teams may change depending on who plays. UPDATE - Stuart the Bearded Wonder will be making his third appearance this week to make up the tenth man - ta much Stuart!

Woohoo - we finally have 10 players! Martie Mark 2 (Martin C) who has played one game before is taking the final place. I've split him and Foxy as they're both handy and then split George and Atif as they are the two unknowns. The teams look fair enough - should be a good game!
A HUGE thanks to Atif and George for stepping up to the plate this week. We now have 9 players - only one more to go! With any luck, Mikey R will get back to me tomorrow and it'll be all systems go!
OK - I go away for a week and it all falls apart. Not everyone paid Mikey and now half the "squad" all bugger off on holiday at the same time??? WTF?! Tom, Luke and Martie are all off and Alan has other commitments - some crappy excuse about having to collect his son - bah! Where's his commitment to the GAME! ;-)
So, we're short of players! I've emailed the usual suspects and we'll see what happens. The one replacement I can confirm is the mighty Dr Fox who will make his debut this week. The others will be announced as I find out who they are! The teams will probably be decided on the day when we see who turns up.
I've also added Mike's match report to the usual place.
Right you lot. I'm off to Barcelona for a long weekend but will be back in time for next week's match. I am not in work at all next week so Tamba has kindly "volunteered" to look after things in my absence. Any questions / call offs / etc should go his way. He'll pay for the pitch and collect the money and book next week's pitch.

Creeky did his best to retrieve the ball but those thieving gypos at Murray Volvo denied ever seeing a ball in the lot. So the ever giving kitty has stepped up and Creeks went and got a new ball - the latest version too!
The rankings ain't changed one bit after all that. That means the same teams (but this time the Mince won't have all their ringers and a tiny pitch!)

· Foxy is testing as well and will not replace Tom - we have an unknown in one of Martie's mates from work!
· Michael "The Life Of" Riley is replacing Si - he got MOTM last time he played!
· Dave is replacing Craig - who will he run into this week???

Also note that this week's game is pitch one which is a tiny MoFo! That means that the mince have the Twin Towers and Big Dave who can all cover the length of the pitch in about two and a half strides! Great! :(
Craig misses his first ever match next week as he's off on holiday. Si has something on too (but I can't remember what!). The Bam might be kissing tester ass on Wednesday and won't get away in time. So! We need a replacement for Si and a standby for Tam! I suppose it's up to me again!?? :(
Tom's knee is still knackered after his goal saving tackle on Si last week. Reluctantly, Dave has agreed to play again!
